Leading Global Pharmaceutical Company selects LifeSphere Safety Document Distribution Reporting

Unnamed leading global pharmaceutical companyShipArisGlobalLifeSphere

A major pharma company distributed safety reports manually -- gathering recipient details from third-party systems by hand, preparing envelopes manually, and tracking distribution via spreadsheets, which was slow and error-prone given recipients' varying delivery preferences. It selected ArisGlobal's LifeSphere Safety Document Distribution based on ease of use, interoperability, and support for multiple delivery methods, integrating it with LifeSphere MultiVigilance and LifeSphere CTMS and adding eFAX/web-portal options for investigators. The fully validated, cloud-hosted system was deployed over four months (configuration workshops, integration, training, template/rule setup, go-live). The result was a 'streamlined process with significant reduction in cost,' better traceability through full validation, fewer manual steps, stronger access-control security, and remote accessibility.

ArisGlobal makes the LifeSphere suite — safety-case management, signal detection and clinical systems used by pharmacovigilance and clinical-operations teams.

This sits in the Ship stage of the AI use-case lifecycle: Named examples from the vendors pharma teams use to get an AI system live inside a real, regulated production workflow — validation, CRM, safety and clinical systems of record.
