Global CRO chooses ArisGlobal to manage Clinical and Pharmacovigilance

Unnamed global CROShipArisGlobal

A UK-based CRO founded in 1997, operating in France, Germany, the US, Italy and Australia with about 50% oncology focus, found its multiple third-party EDC vendors lacked cohesiveness and flexibility and wanted integrated clinical/pharmacovigilance capability under fewer vendors. After a formal, cross-functional evaluation, it chose ArisGlobal's agCapture (EDC) and agClinical (CTMS), deployed on-premise and customized jointly with ArisGlobal, building on its existing use of ArisGlobal CTMS. Benefits included automated study setup via global templates, smoother milestone/closeout management, TMF functionality for secure document archiving, a drag-and-drop eCRF designer with multi-lingual support, and an integrated IWRS/randomization module; the CRO also planned future EDC-CTMS integration to reduce study timelines. A customer quote: 'The collaborative relationship we have with ArisGlobal continues to be strong.' No numeric outcome metrics are given.

ArisGlobal makes the LifeSphere suite — safety-case management, signal detection and clinical systems used by pharmacovigilance and clinical-operations teams.

This sits in the Ship stage of the AI use-case lifecycle: Named examples from the vendors pharma teams use to get an AI system live inside a real, regulated production workflow — validation, CRM, safety and clinical systems of record.
