TCTM: Realizing Overall Business Improvements and Efficiencies with LifeSphere® CTMS

Total Clinical Trial Management (TCTM), a Dallas-based CRO, needed to modernize clinical trial management, streamline reporting across trials, automate site/investigator payments, and integrate with its EDC and accounting systems. After evaluating nearly ten CTMS vendors over a year, TCTM chose ArisGlobal's cloud-based LifeSphere CTMS for its investigator database, monitoring, payment, and eTMF modules and open integration. Outcomes included simplified monitor-visit reporting, real-time enrollment/CRF visibility for sites via EDC integration, and site-payment setup time cut to about one hour, with automated payment routing through accounting-system integration.
