Laerdal used Tulip Vision to check every medical training kit against the bill of materials.
After moving bust production to a new facility, Laerdal needed to verify kit completeness and collect process data. It installed Tulip Vision with an off-the-shelf camera at assembly stations to recognise parts and photograph finished kits. The page reports zero defects or omitted parts out of thousands of kits assembled.
