Isomorphic Labs and Novartis expanded their collaboration by up to three further research programs.
The collaboration began in January 2024. The page says Novartis added up to three additional research programs on the same financial terms as the original agreement, citing progress made in the first year. It gives no further results and names no models.
Isomorphic Labs is an AI drug design company spun out of Google DeepMind, running small-molecule research collaborations with Lilly, Novartis and Johnson & Johnson.
This sits in the Design & Stress-Test stage of the AI use-case lifecycle: Named examples from the tools pharma teams use to scope, prototype and benchmark an AI use case before committing to build it — data-catalog, sandbox and evaluation platforms.
