Tech Mahindra Sifts Insights from Noise to Identify New Business Opportunities with AlphaSense
Tech Mahindra's Market & Competitive Insights team found traditional search and alerts inefficient; head of research Radhika Mathur said "setting up alerts for each one is a suboptimal way to work" and results were "disorganized, biased, unstructured, and siloed." After adopting AlphaSense, with broker research and Smart Synonyms in one platform, the team cut search time significantly and could "support more RFPs at the same time," equipping salespeople with better market-trend analyses. Mathur said the tool helps them "sift insights from the noise" and "identify new business opportunities."
AlphaSense is an AI-powered search platform over premium business documents, earnings calls, filings and expert-network transcripts, used by pharma competitive-intelligence and business-development teams.
